Norwich City skipper Grant Holt maintains hope of a late England Euros call.

The Norwich striker has banged in 15 goals this season and Manchester United's Wayne Rooney is the only Englishman with more in the Premier League.

He said: "I've got to do it for Paul Lambert first and if the new boss wants to pick me I will take the opportunity on.

"If you put the ball in the area I will do my best to finish. I've got good players around me and I always said I would score goals at any level."
