Norwich skipper Holt prepared to stick with being super-sub

Norwich City skipper Grant Holt won't complain about starting from the bench.

Holt came off the bench again to score the winner against QPR - the third time he has done it this season.

And he said: "Of course I want to start, but in this division it is a squad game.

"No one ever plays 11 men for the whole season - it's too physically challenging. That's why the manager brought in a lot of bodies in the summer.

"We have people like Zak Whitbread, Daniel Ayala, Simon Lappin and Adam Drury in the stands - that's what you need."
