Norwich City powerhouse Grant Holt is happy seeing good friend Ricki Lambert starring for Southampton.

Lambert has been getting Premier League survival tips from Norwich captain Holt.

The friends and former Rochdale team-mates have hit the big time after climbing up the league ladder.

"He's started off well, he's got a few goals and he's playing well," said Holt.
