Norwich to sell Jackson to fund deal for Celtic's Hooper

Norwich City boss Chris Hughton is chasing Celtic striker Gary Hooper.

The Mirror says Norwich are plotting an ambitious bid for Hooper and are willing to sell Simeon Jackson to help finance the deal.

Hughton has made Celtic striker Hooper his No.1 choice to bolster his attack.

Hooper would compete with Grant Holt, Steve Morison and Spurs loanee Harry Kane at Carrow Road.

Hughton is ready to offload Canada striker Jackson to Championship strugglers Wolves to boost his spending power.

Jackson, 25, is rated at £1million.
