Norwich City boss Alex Neil has been named the SkyBet Championship Manager of the Month for February.
Neil, who took the reins at Carrow Road on January 9, led the Canaries to five-straight wins in the second month of 2015 to land the award ahead of his rivals.
George Burley, who chairs the Sky Bet Manager of the Month judging panel, said: "This is a fantastic start to his managerial career with Norwich City.
"With five wins out of five and a 100 per cent record for the month, he has taken the club from outside the play-off positions to be in contention for an automatic promotion."
Norwich currently sit fifth on the tier two table after tallying wins over Blackpool, Charlton Athletic, Wolves, Watford and Blackburn Rovers during February.
