Norwich City insists they will not send Grant Holt to Celtic in order to obtain the services of Gary Hooper.
The Canaries are desperate to land the 24-year old striker and have already seen a bid rejected with reports suggesting they were set to push through a money-plus-player swap deal to capture the former Scunthorpe United man.
But that appears extremely unlikely after a recent Twitter post from chief executive David McNally.
"In response to (lots) of earlier messages, none of our senior players are for sale and won't be included in any player swaps," he wrote.
