Norwich recruit Morison keeping things in perspective

Steve Morison is not getting carried away despite that he has taken the quantum leap from non-league to Premier League football in two years.

The 27-year old Welshman, who has signed a deal with promoted Norwich City, was playing for Stevenage in the Conference in 2009 but he knows that he cannot take his newfound success for granted.

"It's been something that does always come up, but it is something that keeps me in good stead and helps keep me grounded," Morison told Canaries Player.

"It does make you be a bit more humble and it reminds you of just how far you've come in a short space of time.

"Obviously it is a massive step now going into the Premier League and it's something I'm really looking forward to."
