Norwich City must raise their bid for Huddersfield winger Anthony Pilkington.
The Mirror says Paul Lambert has tabled a £1.75million bid for Pilkington as he prepares to splash more Canaries cash.
Norwich boss Lambert is ready to make Pilkington, 23, his fourth summer signing after making an offer to the Terriers late last week.
Pilkington is rated at £2million by Huddersfield and is also admired by Norwich's Premier League rivals Stoke City and Wolves.
