Norwich City midfielder Leroy Fer isn't interested in personal plaudits.

Fer won great praise for his performance in defeat to Newcastle United.

"For myself, the praise is good - but the team is more important," said Fer. "I want to win games and get the three points, but we didn't do that here at Newcastle. So that's the real disappointment. I have to become a better player for Norwich."
