Norwich City U21 coach Mark Robson is delighted with form of Jamar Loza on-loan at Southend United.
The 19-year-old Canaries striker, who joined the Shrimpers on a month's loan earlier this month, put in a man-of-the-match performance on Monday night to defeat Oxford United 3-0.
"From everybody involved, and certainly from the academy in the last few years, we're really proud of Jamar," said Robson. "Being there watching him I can say that he was really good. I'm probably a little bit biased with him being a Norwich youngster but he was the best player on the pitch.
"The goal he scored was excellent and thoroughly deserved."
