Norwich loss to Man Utd a positive display - Johnson

Bradley Johnson is feeling confident as Norwich City get set to take on Crystal Palace on New Year's Day.

The Canaries were narrowly beaten by Manchester United 1-0 on the weekend and the midfielder believes that performance, although it was a loss, was positive enough to take into the trip to Selhurst Park on Wednesday.

"We've got a lot of positives to take out of the (United) game, although we lost it," Johnson told reporters.

"We haven't talked about the game that much but we're going into Wednesday confident we can repeat the performance and pick up the points.

"I think we were unlucky not to score. On another day we may have scored three or four but we didn't and it cost us. We're confident and hopefully we'll put away some of our chances (against Palace)."
