Norwich to look into Hoolahan's 'f***ing s***house club' comments

Norwich City boss Chris Hughton insists he will investigate alleged comments made by midfielder Wes Hoolahan.

The 31-year old is determined to land himself a £1million move to Aston Villa but the Canaries have denied him a transfer request.

At training this week, a camera crew asked Hoolahan if he would be 'clearing out his locker' to which the Republic of Ireland international replied: "I hope so. This is a f***ing s***house club."

Hughton says he is unaware of any such comments but will certainly look into the apparent foul-mouthed attack from Hoolahan.

"I'm not aware of that, so it's something I will have to investigate," said Hughton.

"Whether or not a player leaves depends on if the club wants to keep him, and at the moment Wes Hoolahan is very much a Norwich player."
