Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy has shrugged off missing out on a move to Chelsea.
The Blues' second bid of £6m was rejected by the Canaries and the west Londoners opted instead for Fulham stalwart Mark Schwarzer - who was out of contract - instead as back-up to Petr Cech.
"The deal is dead," said a source close to Ruddy told the Daily Star.
"The final bid on Monday was rejected so they moved for Schwarzer.
"John's not too disappointed. Obviously the opportunity was nice but he is happy at Norwich too."
