Norwich keeper John Ruddy is poised for a first-team return after completing 90 minutes of an Under-21s match. The 26-year-old is recovering from surgery on a torn muscle and has been absent since the draw at Everton on November 24.

Writing on his official Twitter account, Ruddy said: "Good to get the 90 minutes, leg held up ok."
