Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy is ready to play for England tomorrow against Sweden.

Ruddy, 26, kept his fourth clean sheet of the season in the 0-0 draw with Reading on Saturday and indicated he might get 45 minutes as Hart's understudy against Sweden.

He said: "I got my first cap against Italy in the summer, which was a great moment for me and I want to build on that and get as many caps as possible. And I think Wednesday is a perfect opportunity to do that and get a half."
