Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy is a reported target for Chelsea.
The Daily Star suggests that the newly-crowned Premier League champions will go after the Canaries number one if veteran Petr Cech happens to leave this summer.
Cech is being linked with a number of clubs including Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan and Besiktas and if he opts to depart Stamford Bridge, manager Jose Mourinho could make a play for 28-year old Ruddy who would act as back-up to Thibaut Courtois.
Mourinho went after Ruddy in the summer of 2013 when he returned to the London club but Norwich rejected the £5million proposal on that occasion.
Norwich are currently in a promotion battle with Ipswich Town in the Championship semi-finals. The Canaries held the Tractor Boys to a 1-1 draw on the weekend ahead of Saturday's return bout at Carrow Road.
Chelsea are also being linked with a possible move for QPR keeper Rob Green following the west London club's relegation to the Championship.
