Norwich City academy chief Ricky Martin has revealed plans to loan out their best youngsters.
The Canaries are defending FA Youth Cup champions.
"There may be one or two go out on loan as part of their education," Martin told the Pink 'Un. "It's all part of tasting football in the real world and to feel what its like to play at stadiums where the majority of the fans are against you. I feel as a group we have lads with the potential to play first team football.
"I constantly talk to the manager and there is a balance to be struck. We don't want to send players out for two or three months and leave ourselves short, but those who do go out will come bit a little bit wiser and a little bit stronger."
