Norwich home debut pleases Snodgrass

Robert Snodgrass was maintaining a very positive outlook after helping Norwich City to a 1-1 draw with QPR on Saturday.

The Scottish winger made his first Canaries appearance in the 5-0 loss at Fulham last week but was able to have a major influence on their first point of the season in his debut home outing on the weekend.

"It was definitely a lot better than the game last week, for me and the team," he told the Daily Star.

"It was great, I absolutely loved every single second of that. It was my first competitive home game for Norwich and so I really wanted to do well.

"After that performance at Fulham it was great to see everybody play so well against a very tough QPR side.

"We can take loads of positives from that performance. We could easily have won it by three or four goals."
