Norwich have confirmed that they will parade the League One trophy through the city in an open-top bus tour next week. Paul Lambert's side will then be granted a civic reception at Norwich Castle to mark the club's instant promotion to the Championship.

Leader of Norwich City Council Steve Morphew said: "It is absolutely fantastic that Norwich have won promotion back to the Championship, not only for the club and its supporters but for the whole city.

"Things like this make the whole city proud and I would urge as many people as possible to come along and enjoy the party."
