Norwich City boss Chris Hughton faces a battle to land Birmingham City defender Curtis Davies.

The Birmingham Mail says there are doubts over whether the Canaries would be willing to stretch to the £5million transfer fee the 27-year-old centre-back could command.

And relocating to East Anglia might not suit Davies who has been settled in the Midlands for seven years following spells at West Brom and Aston Villa.
