Norwich continue to monitor Juventus striker Zaza

Norwich City are continuing to plot a winter bid for Juventus striker Simone Zaza.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Canaries are stepping up their interest in the 24-year-old who has only played a bit-part role with the Serie A champions this season.

Zaza was the subject of interest from Arsenal and West Ham United in the summer following a stellar season with Sassuolo but ended up moving to Turin where he has since scored two goals in eight appearances in all competitions.

It is believed that Zaza is valued at around £22million which is likely to be a little out of Norwich's price range but nevertheless, the Norfolk outfit remain keen on the seven-time Italy international, and could settle on an initial loan deal.
