Norwich City are chasing QPR attacker Jamie Mackie.

The Daily Mail says manager Chris Hughton has been rebuffed so far in his attempts to sign £8m-rated Celtic striker Gary Hooper but is willing to pay up to £3m for Scottish cap Mackie, 27, who has scored two goals in 22 starts this term.

QPR are looking to sell to help alleviate wages and offset funds required for strengthening in this window.
