Norwich City caretaker boss Neil Adams is drawing inspiration from Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers.
Rodgers has won all sorts of plaudits for his efforts at the Anfield helm this term, and in turn the former youth coach praised Adams for the tactical challenge he faced at the weekend.
"He has to be an inspiration," said Adams of Rodgers.
"I remember Brendan coaching down at Chelsea and one or two other clubs, and he has shown what can be achieved with the right knowledge and expertise, and willingness to learn.
"Every coach strives for that. You want to improve and development and coach or manage at the highest level. He has done that."
