Norwich City boss Peter Grant insists no offer from Derby has arrived for striker Robert Earnshaw.

Earnshaw, 26, who finished last season as the Canaries' top scorer with 19 goals, despite missing four months of the campaign with a groin injury, has been strongly linked with a move to Premiership newcomers Derby.

Grant told the Pink'un: "At this moment in time we have received no enquiries concerning Earnshaw and I am delighted about that.

"As everybody knows, every player has their price - even players like Ronaldinho. But by the same token if a club comes in and offers £10million but Earnie says he does not want to go then that would be the end of the matter.

"The most important thing about Robert Earnshaw is that he is a Norwich City player."
