Norwich City boss Paul Lambert says none of the managers he's come up against have ego problems.
The Canaries have been a revelation upon their Premier League return this season.
Lambert said: "Not one of those club's managers has an ego. Sir Alex Ferguson is the greatest boss Britain has produced and I took his advice on board.
"It was the same with Kenny Dalglish. He's one of the finest Scottish players ever and a Liverpool legend. He is building a good team and I was delighted and proud to leave Anfield with a point.
"There's no doubt both Kenny and Sir Alex want to see the Scottish managers being successful down south.
"I hope I can do my part by keeping Norwich in the Premiership."
