Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill is ready to face Norwich City.

Tonight's game will be the first time O'Neill has come up against his former Celtic ­captain Paul Lambert.

Canaries boss Lambert said: "I will still be calling him gaffer on the ­touchline and that's something that will never change. I never use his first name and I never will because I have far too much respect for him.

"Anyway, he would probably still fine me if I did.

"He is obviously one of the best managers I've ever had and I loved every minute of my time at Celtic with him."
