Norwich City boss Paul Lambert hopes their Spanish break will do the trick after the defeat to Manchester United.
Lambert and his squad spent four days training at Nerja, near Malaga, on the Costa del Sol - just as they did at the same time last year.
"It certainly helped us last season and I'm hoping that it will stand us in good stead again this time.
"Everybody is fit again now and hopefully they will all be ready for Wigan and raring to go."Lambert said: "We did the same thing last season and it worked out really well and everybody felt it was a big help in the way we ended the season. The players worked hard and trained well but they got some sun and some free time as well and everybody had a great time.
