Norwich City boss Paul Lambert has revealed he's had support from fellow Scot Sir Alex Ferguson.
Manchester United manager Ferguson is always open to helping young coaches entering the game.
Lambert told the Sunday Mirror: "Sir Alex is an inspiration for all managers, whether you are Scottish or not.
"I have spoken to him a few times; he was really kind and allowed me to go and watch Manchester United train and that was really great. I know I can speak to him and that's been a big help."
