Norwich City boss Chris Hughton says they must not rush the development of their FA Youth Cup winners.

Hughton insists the likes of Jacob and Josh Murphy need time to mature away from the spotlight.

"What we have to come away from is exactly that, the hype that may be around these lads," said Hughton. "It was a magnificent achievement to win the FA Youth Cup when you consider what other clubs are spending on their academies and the players Chelsea had spent money on. For us to come out of that with a trophy it shows we have some players that can make the difference but is certainly one that we can not afford to get carried away with."
