Norwich City boss Chris Hughton is delighted to have Jonny Howson fully fit.
The midfielder could make their clash with Tottenham.
"Jonny is back and I probably have a decision to make for this weekend but he has done a good week's training and he had done a fair bit before that with the fitness coaches," said Hughton. "The decision will be on whether he just needs another a week but it is certainly good to see him on the training pitches. He has trained with us and looked good."
