Norwich City boss Chris Hughton isn't bothered by sack talk in the press.
The former Newcastle and Birmingham boss will not let talk of who might be lined up to replace him at Carrow Road get in the way of the job at hand.
"You can never influence those things and no matter what I say, that will not change," he said.
"If it is a manager that might be under pressure one day, then it is another manager the next day, then the next after that it is another one.
"These are all things you have to be able to take in your stride because you cannot affect it and it certainly does not affect the way that I work. It can't affect the result, the only thing which can is playing well enough on the day."
