Norwich City boss Chris Hughton was delighted with the performance of new signing Nathan Redmond in their 2-2 draw with Everton.
Redmond was lively throughout for the hosts and Hughton reckons he will take a lot of experience from his display as he looks to develop in to a top-class player.
"He will continue to go through a learning curve," he said.
"He was tested defensively today against a full-back that played like a right winger. He'll learn an awful lot in a short period of time. He has an ability. We've got to make sure we harness that."
