Norwich City boss Chris Hughton is delighted with the form of Leroy Fer.

Fer scored in defeat at Newcastle United on Saturday.

"He is still developing and there is improvement to come," said Hughton.

"It's about him adjusting from playing the Dutch way to what we want."
