Norwich City boss Chris Hughton is delighted with their capture of Birmingham City winger Nathan Redmond.
The winger, 19, shone despite the Young Lions' shock first-round exit from last month's Under-21 Euros - and the ex-Brum manager is delighted to work with him again.
Norwich boss Hughton said: "He's in a wonderful position and we would love to see him play for the full England team.
"That's the challenge for him - he definitely has the ability.
"It's all in his own hands and if he continues to make the same sort of progress he has in the last few years then he gives himself a chance."
