Norwich City boss Chris Hughton is drawing inspiration from West Ham United in their battle against the drop.
Hughton knows he's under pressure to keep his job.
"You have to accept it for what it is but you can't let it take away from your focus," he said. "The bottom 10 are very close to each other and three points can see you move up four or five places.
"I think West Ham are the best example for us. They were having a really tough time but then put three wins together and it [the pressure on manager Sam Allardyce] changes."
