Norwich City are capable of improving on last season's efforts according to Russell Martin.
The Canaries have been solid in their pre-season under Chris Hughton prompting defender Martin to dream of what may be ahead for the Norfolk club.
"You never know what to expect at the start of the season, but I am confident," Martin said.
"We have had a good pre-season and have a good squad, the best since I have been at the club and we will go into it with plenty of positivity."
Norwich, who finished 11th last season, host Everton in their Premier League opener this weekend.
