After competing in their first ever competitive match in Singapore last Sunday, the Fury FC team including former Liverpool star Robbie Fowler arrived back in Townsville on Tuesday evening. But there is no time to rest as they depart again tomorrow for Rockhampton to play against Central Coast Mariners later this week.

Fury boss Ian Ferguson is excited that after months of preparation the focus now is on football and having good hit outs in Singapore and against A-League teams will help prepare for the inaugural A-League season.

On Singapore Ferguson was delighted at the quality time the players had bonding together and while team is very under done he was still grateful to see the nucleus of the team starting to gel.
