A-League clubs North Queensland Fury and Perth Glory are in line to play a pre-season friendly with Premier League-bound Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Fury football director Michael Petrillo says the possibility of having Wolves over in Australia is looking very likely.
"We're certainly very keen. We've got to sign off and get approval from the FFA and we're in discussions with them as we speak."
If the tour goes ahead, it is believed that a match against Perth Glory would also be on the agenda for Wolves.
