North Queensland Fury chairman Don Matheson has cleared up the row between Robbie Fowler and coach Ian Ferguson. In crunch talks this morning, tribalfootball.com can reveal Fowler and Ferguson came to an understanding and both left Matheson's company on good terms.

Fowler will definitely be back in the Fury XI for this weekend's game and all concerned are confident the Liverpool icon will be pulling on a green jersey next season.

A Townsville source close to the Fury told tribalfootball.com: "It's all a fair dinkum storm in a tea cup. Robbie and Fergie can work together. There's no problem between them.

"The one thing this has shown is that the Fury have made their mark in Aussie soccer. No-one's talking about Sydney or Melbourne today, mate, it's all about Fury."
