Liverpool have branded reports linking Sadio Mane with Real Madrid as nonsense.

The Mirror says the Reds have no plans of selling the Senegalese attacker in the foreseeable future.

A report released by France Football claimed Mane had agreed to join Los Blancos before Zinedine Zidane's departure scuppered the move.

Mane, who bagged 20 goals in 44 appearances and provided nine assists this season, will not be sold by Liverpool this summer under any circumstances.

Despite at times taking a back seat to Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino, Mane has enjoyed his finest season at Anfield.
