Antonio Nocerino insists there can be no doubting the hunger of AC Milan's players.

Milan continue to challenge Juventus for the Scudetto, sitting just one point behind the Winter Champions.

"It's not true that Juve are hungrier than we are. I am starved, just like my teammates who have won it all, but try to give their best every time anyway.

"I don't know if I am of Milan quality, but I am never satisfied and won't get big-headed. I hope to be at least 1 per cent of the quality shown by the champions I play alongside."
