After his superb performance against Roma yesterday, Juventus midfielder Antonio Nocerino has declared he wants to establish himself at the Turin giants this season.

The Italy U21 ace has been linked with a move away, but yesterday said: "I try to give my best always and to make it difficult for the trainer to leave me out. On the one hand, I'm young and I must learn from the champions, but I want to play at the same level as everyone here and become a symbol of this team.

"I'm delighted with the compliments I've received over these last days, but I will keep my feet on the ground because I know how very easy it is to fall.

"I will not forget where I come from and that nobody has given me anything for free."
