Antonio Nocerino insists there's no panic at AC Milan over their title battle with Juventus.

The Rossoneri returned to the top of the table for 24 hours with a 1-0 win over Chievo, before Juventus' win over Lazio.

"It was a good win, it's nice to triumph when you battle and suffer," the Italian told Milan Channel. "This team never gives up, it's made up of great champions.

"We've often been in emergency situations this season with injuries and suspensions, but the fact that we are still here in the race shows how good we are.

"We just have to keep winning to maintain the pressure on Juventus and then we'll see what happens.

"We proved against Chievo that we are not dead and we will fight for the title until the very end."
