Noble reveals senior West Ham players eager to help Morrison

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble has revealed how senior teammates are determined to helped Ravel Morrison reach his potential.

Morrison was booted out of Manchester United in January 2012 by Sir Alex Ferguson after a series of indiscretions and Noble conceded his attitude is in contrast to that of a year ago, when words of advice from captain Kevin Nolan fell on deaf ears.

He said: "Me and Kev had a chat with him on the way home from a pre-season game and said: 'Rav you've got so much ability, if you can channel it and learn to tame yourself then you'll be a fantastic player for us'.

"Then he didn't come in for the next three days!

"But he's done brilliantly this pre-season. He's not been late, he's turned up to every session, he's trained hard and obviously he's getting the benefits now."
