Mark Noble says Gianfranco Zola has already made a big impact at West Ham United.

"Hopefully we can really push on and push up the table with West Ham this year," the midfielder told setantasports.com.

"Zola's brilliant - he wants to play football. He's a brilliant manager - a great man-manager - and he gets on really well with the lads.

"I think it's important that he keeps on drilling us to play football the right way. I think if you've seen us play the last three or four games, we're really passing it well.

"I know we didn't get the result against Bolton - that was a little bit of bad luck - but he's good for us."
