West Brom have ended their interest in former Tottenham and West Ham United defender Calum Davenport.

The Birmingham Mail says Davenport will not be joining Albion following his spell training with the club.

Albion offered him an opportunity to work on his fitness following his long lay-off but have opted against offering him a deal.

The Baggies already have four centre-halves on their books, with Gonzalo Jara also able to provide cover.
