The Daily Express says City boss Roberto Mancini is determined to perform a major clearout this summer.
On-loan players like Emmanuel Adebayor, Wayne Bridge and Roque Santa Cruz will all go to raise funds for the fresh blood Mancini believes he needs to turn City into title winners.
