Rangers boss Walter Smith insists there have been no further offers for Kris Boyd following his failed move to Birmingham. He told the Daily Record: "Nothing has changed as far as Kris is concerned.
"He is training with us as normal and he is still our player.
"He will be in the squad unless something happens to change that situation.
"As for Wigan, I know Steve Bruce well and his assistant Eric Black is pals with Kenny McDowall, so I think we'd know if there was an interest there.
"We have heard nothing from them or anyone else apart from Birmingham."
