Anti-racism group FARE reported England to FIFA over the singing of an abusive song directed at Rio and Anton Ferdinand during the March 22 contest in Serravalle, which England won 8-0.

However, FA director of communications Adrian Bevington told Sky Sports News today: "We have been asked to make a submission to FIFA and have been through all the evidence recorded by our security team.

"We haven't been able to find or identify any individuals chanting - but I want to make clear I am not disputing or refuting that the individuals who reported this heard it."
