Blackburn Rovers have decided against making an offer for Red Star Belgrade midfielder Segundo Castillo.
Blackburn manager Paul Ince will not be making an offer for Ecuadorian midfielder Castillo after running the rule over the South American at the club's pre-season trip in Germany, says the Lancashire Telegraph.
